Come with me for my first ever fat freezing treatment at the fabulous Beauty Sculpting Room in their gorgeous new salon location situated in Lymington.

I had the ultimate abdomen fat freeze treatment, to try and shape up my “mum tum” and give myself a little mummy makeover after having four children.

I don’t have a very high pain threshold but this felt fine for me, I’d say the worst part was how cold the masks are they put on 😆 I could feel a little discomfort for the first 10-15 minutes but once it was numbed from the intense coldness I couldn’t feel a thing and felt so comfortable and at ease thanks to Stacey & Hetty. They have a television in the room as the treatment is about 35 minutes and you can literally “Netflix & chill ❄️”

I then got to head back to have their amazing Tesla toning treatment which is literally just over half an hour of your life, and does the equivalent to 20,000 crunches (or other areas) all from the comfort of laying down. I have never enjoyed a treatment more! Now I couldn’t think of anything better as I really struggle to get motivated for the gym and to tone up my tummy area let alone finding the time. I found it relaxing, the Tesla machine makes your muscles contract and then it does pulses so helps with the lactic acid meaning you don’t ache the next day like you would at the gym.

This along side maintaining a healthy lifestyle can help give you the body boost you need. It can also do your hamstrings, lunges, squats, underarm curls and inner thighs.

This treatment also works well after having their fat freezing treatment so the two can work along side each other. I had a course of four Teslas but you can keep it up weekly or monthly depending on your preferences.

I have been kindly sent this beautiful super king sized bed and mattress from Sonno Beds UK.

I went for the Monaco Wingback Divan in Silver Linoso with two draws and honestly the best mattress ever- the Sonno PillowTop 3000. Having the extra layer on the mattress has made it super comfy and we are having the best nights sleep ever. I also love the grey yet slightly earthy tone with the bed and fabric, and the silver detail along the wingback headboard.

Looking for a great deodorant?

I have been sent this amazing package of fabulous Dove deodorants to try out!

As a previous user of Dove deodorant and other products I couldn't wait to give them a go!

The feel soft and gentle on the skin, smell amazing and its great you can have the choice of either roll on or aerosol! I personally prefer a spray but my daughter swears by the roll ons!

My favourite I think is the GoFresh- it has a cucumber & green tea scent and smells amazing, long lasting and kind to the skin as they all have triple moisturising technology.

Come with me to the most beautiful seaside hotel & restaurant in Bournemouth- @thenicibournemouth to experience their new A La Carte three-course menu recently launched by their new Executive Chef Dominic South, and new Head Chef Ian Gibbs.

Having recently been refurbished, @thenicibournemouth have created an ultra luxurious, fun yet elegant, Miami vibe hotel, restaurant & spa.

On arrival we got to taste their fabulous signature rum cocktails, served in these gorgeously funky pineapples while sat in the jazzy bar area. Then we were taken through to the South Beach Bar & Restaurant ready to try their new A La Carte three-course menu.

I went for the prawn cocktail to start- honestly the best I have EVER had!

Followed by the freshest and tastiest sea bream with spinach & chunky chips.

Ending with a delicious panna cotta.

All served with their divine house rosé.

The service, food & drink, venue, decor, location, everything was wonderful from start to finish and I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend a visit, either a lunch, overnight stay, or evening dinner and drinks!

I had the most wonderful evening Stanwell House Hotel for cocktail making & some delicious food.

We started off by witnessing some amazing cocktails being made (including my favourite- espresso martini 🍸) in the cosy Salt bar by their mixologist, and then we were taken through to the Samphire restaurant (which has the most beautiful wallpaper print) for some delicious dinner. I went for chicken satay to start (sooo good) and mussels & fries as my main. The mussels were amazing, huge and so fresh, I highly, highly recommend! I unfortunately couldn’t fit in a pudding (but they looked divine) so I had a firm fave- a cappuccino ☕️ which as a big coffee lover I can say was one of the best coffees ever.

This beautiful hotel has recently been refurbished, creating a relaxed, yet luxury boutique vibe, with a warm & inviting ambiance. They also have some gorgeous hotel rooms if you wanted a stay in a beautiful part of the world right next to the sea in Lymington, where you can walk along the water and see all the pretty little boats or browse in the great selection of shops all along the cobbled high street. I will definitely be planning a stay I hope next year with the husband as it’s such a wonderful place to visit!

Stanwell House is situated on the picturesque Lymington high street, with parking right out the front which makes it very easy to get to. The staff are all so friendly & the service was excellent.

Such a lovely evening with fabulous friends new & old.
